Whether you are an artist, a collector or a large institution, we will maintain logistical and administrative tasks of your collection.  We use the most current software to document your collection.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Overseeing photography, and production, and management of image files and other media and integrates them into the collection management system; manages rights and reproduction and image requests; generates reports from database as needed.

  • Arranging loan agreements, shipping, insurance and customs paperwork for touring exhibitions.

  • Preparing of condition reports, certificates of authentication and appraisal reports when needed.

We love to make connections.  When we deal with a client, we try to figure out which artists and artwork are the best fit, both economically and physically, for your space.  Visiting your home or office helps us even more with deciding what kind of art might be the best fit for your space and sensibility.  Perhaps you already have and piece in mind.  If that is the case, we can help you with all the logistics in placing that artwork for you.  Whether it is your delivery options, hanging and/or lighting, we can help you get it done seamlessly.

Once you have an exhibition concept in mind, we will connect with artists, galleries and collectors to bring together the artwork that fits your guidelines and concept.   From there, we will develop and produce all exhibition materials to support the exhibit.  All logistics including shipping, insurance and loan agreement will be supervised by our office.   Finally, we will be there to supervise the installation of the exhibition.

Applicants for our mentoring program are selected based on the quality and potential of the artwork submitted, the artist’s willingness to dedicate time to the program and the mentor’s ability to work with the candidate through a shared conceptual interest.

A limited number of spaces are available for this program which lasts six weeks with a cost of $300.
